Pool freezing breakfast great.

The breakfast was really good and the tickets to the beach were well revieved however the room was outdated with inadequate wardrobe space.the room was small for 3 people. We stayed 10 days and never got to use the pool as the heating system was broke.every day we were told tomorrow it will be fixed but it was not.im very disappointed as the pool was the main reason we booked retaj al rayan for our stay.

This was such an amazing experience. I was at this wonderful hotel for the World Aquatics Championships 2024 in Doha and I had the most pleasant stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Mostly everyone spoke English so this made it very easy to communicate with staff. The food was amazing. There were a lot of different options to choose from and everything tasted great. The room was spacious, clean and various free necessities were provided. If I ever return to Qatar-which I hope to - I definitely will be staying at the Retaj Al Rayyan hotel again.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at this hotel. The impressions of the hotel are very pleasant. Spacious, clean room with a beautiful sea view through your room window! The beds are comfortable, The staff is very kind and helpful. Shopping center is not far from the hotel, which was useful. Beautiful beach which is really close to the hotel and access is free via the Hotel voucher. The breakfast is good and extensive with a reasonable price. The location of the hotel is also good.

The hotel is in the perfect location, close to the beach and the shopping centre. I felt very safe as a solo traveler at this hotel. A good choice of places to eat were close by. The breakfast was decent, had a good variety to choose from. The staff at breakfast were very welcoming. Viranya was very kind and gave me some great advice on places to see. She also changed my room to a much nicer room as the people next to me were very noisy. Arif Chouhdry from housekeeping was also very helpful. Unfortunately the spa staff were very unprofessional, this was in attitude and appearance. I booked an appointment but still waited 45mins until I was seen, the staff member assumed I was a friend of another staff member. While I was in my towel waiting she still asked me twice if I was a customer. She made me feel very very uncomfortable. This was on my last day so it put a sour note to the end of my trip. Apart from that experience, everything else was fantastic. I would come again (but would not use the spa services).

Excellent overall, especially to staff hospitality. Alvina, Abulawabab and Nidam. The rooms and views were amazing.Restaurant service,potter and valet parking were too nouch.Highly recommend and will be visiting in the very near future.Suhkran
